Tadap Box Office Collection Day 1: Decent opening as per the early estimates

The Romantic action drama Tadap featuring debutante Ahan Shetty, son of Bollywood star Suneil Shetty has been released on 3rd Dec (Friday). Here we are going to talk about its Advance bookings and Box office collection of opening day reports as per our early estimates.

For the unversed, It is a remake of the 2018 Tollywood film Ajay Bhupathi directorial Rx 100. Tadap features Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria as the main lead, veteran actor Saurabh Shukla is playing the character of Ahan’s father, and Kumud Mishra in the role of Tara’s father in the film.

Premise

The storyline revolves around the main leads Ishana (Ahan) and Ramisa (Tara), who falls in love with each other, the situation starts changing when their elders go against their relationship, Ishana becomes hyper-aggressive & the Story tweaked when he finds out that Tara never loves him, she used him for her lust and desire.

It is directed by Milan Luthria and bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala in association with Fox Star Studios, Let you know Sajid had also launched Suneil Shetty through 1993 romantic action ‘Waqt Humara Hai’. Now his son is following his dad’s footsteps, will he be able to establish himself as an action star in the Hindi cinema industry? only time will tell this.

Tadap Opening Day Box Office Collection

Tadap has been released on 1656 screens across the nation and 451 overseas, which means a total of 2107 screens WW. Critically acclaimed films like Once Upon A Time in Mumbai and The Dirty Picture director Milan Luthria and writer Rajat Arora’s combo receiving appreciation.

Talking about Tadap Box Office Collections, it already earned around Rs 1.41 Cr through its advance booking collections and considering the film got a positive response from its trailer, pre-screening, and songs. It will collect around Rs 5 to 6 Cr Net on an opening day from the domestic market.

It could collect around Rs 50 lakhs to 1 crore gross collection from the overseas market hence, the Overall Box Office Collections of Tadap is around Rs 5.5 to 7 crores on Day 1(Friday). Although these figures are based purely on our early estimates, the final BO reports are yet to come. We will update you when the Day 1 final reports come.
